40X escape

This week we looked at problem solving strategies. We used the game 40Xescape and discussed some of our strategies. I was very impressed by the levels Room 12 reached. I was more impressed by how they got there. I would like to think that I could be as resilient as they were.

R12
Hosana	I thought it was a bit hard but all I did was just keep on pressing things just incase. I am very happy I went up a level at least I wasn’t at 12! I’m so proud that I got better! I finally got up to 23. YAY! Even though I was going to give up I just kept on trying.
Layla	I think I did good but the thing that stopped me is the time I mostly asked tania and helped people.I think I could do better to the top.next time I might try to not to give up and don’t ask for the answer .and focus. I used asking friends and common sense. Mostly common  cents .I’m  going to try not asking friends . I could do better a lot. Next time I will try to google it if I get stuck.My goal is to try get to 40 .
Adia	I found it really hard .My strategy was using prior knowledge and I asked my friends.Next time I will try to not ask my friends and do it my self by using google. This time I went on google and search up.
Keelee	I got to level 13x it was hard to get to the next level i asked my friends this time but it was so hard,but this level was the numbers.Next time i should google it instead if i get too stuck on the level that i am on.
Yashvi	I reached to 15x it was a hard level my friends helped me.My strategy was getting help from friends and using prior knowledge.Next time I will not get help from other people and I will try to answer them myself by using my prior knowledge more. I reached to level 19 it was not to hard.My strategy was to use my common sence and use my prior knowledge.I am happy that I went up 4 levels myself.
Avara	I only reached 27x.I found it really fun but hard at the same time.My strategy was telling some friends and not giving up and doing the best i could to keep on going.I will try everything i got to do the bestest thing another time.I rekon there could be more and more problems to solve 40x escape.Next time i am going to try to do more stratgys like comparing thngs that i have already done.I realised today is everything prior knowledge.I used not giving up but i thought i do that a lot so i tried a new one and it was google it up and I found the answer.
Tania	I only got up to 27x but I think that’s pretty good for my first time playing. My strategy was to sort of just try and sort of figure it out. Sometimes I would ask my friends. I had to use my common sense a few times like with the one that said- Move. I knew I had to use my mouse. I did use my prior knowledge alot and it turned out to be quite useful. Next time I will try and not ask my friends too much and try different strategies next time. I got up to level 35 and then I ran out time. I am very happy with my score. I used my prior knowledge from the past levels that I played. Sometimes I just guessed my way out of the level.  I also looked at clues that was there.
Brooke	I think I did pretty good for my first try.I only reached 30.i did not get to do that level because we had to do this.My stratagey was to close my eyes and hit randomly to get the answer or think really hard.Next time I will try to do find a better stratagey to make me go to a higher level faster. Today I finished 40xescape.I did a different stratagey.I used common sense.I just tryed what I saw and hopped it worked.
ana	I think i did ok but i code  of  done beans  after all all you need to do is trie and i did bad because of i only did one deity and it was asing friend i know it is bad and  next time i well do more drads and get on a hier leva. cool i did good i got 19  omest   20 and  i  thing  i konw and  i with   i did beter   ther is  tomro.
	I think that I did          Awesome on the  game .
Jessica	I reached up to level 27. I used some problem solving facts but i got stuck on level 27 because there was a sign says 4x4 and i didnt know what it meant. The north, south, east and west level, i figured out how to do it but it didnt seen to work. I asked Adia the most because she was on a high level. It was pretty hard to clear all the levels by myself but some easy levels was exactly easy to me.
James	I got up to level 23. My strategy was trying agian and agian. Next time i might ask friends a bit less   My strategy was to look for it online and use the clues to help me.But I had to start agian otherwise I might have finished the whole thing.
Chris	My strategy was to keep trying and ask daniel. My stratagey was to keep trying and google it.
Dylan	My strategy key was to never give up and keep trying my hardest and I got level 18 but next time i will try too go in the 20 times or more.My new strategy is to  find out it by tryed to find the pattern or make a letter up and see if it is right.
Daniel C.	My strategy is to look for clues in the level.Sometimes I just guess and cake all around Today finish level 40.My knowlege is to think what I did in the last level {that is prior knowlege}.I did better than last time.
Hanif	.I found did really hard when i reach the level twentyfour on 40 X escape.Next time i gonna reach to level 30 X escape. My startegiey is to keep triying and google it.
Tu Ariki	I think i did well in 40X Escape 29 is my highest score now my strategy was to use google it was allot of help.Offcourse if it got me to level 29! i think i will do better without using google next time
Tristan	I got  up to level 16.At first it was easy but then it got harder.I never gave up I just cept on yousing all the stratge . Today I  finished escape I realised that I  got better at it.I used all the  prior Knowledge.The stratge that I use whare Not giving up,prior Knowledge,asking a friend to help me at one level.I will get better at the game escape if I keep on trying.
Luka	I got up to level 25x my strategy was to keep trying and trying new things when i got seriously stuck i asked someone that has past that level next time i will try to get to 31 with new strategies. This time i used a different strategy i used google and i think it was better  but i had to restart because mine did not save but i think googling it was better than asking friends and i had less time to play it than my previous one.
Samuel	I got up until level 24 I used When it says do not move I didn't move and it was a little bit hard but next time I might get better like about 30 or 35. I used to ask my friends what the answer is but this time I used the clues to help me.And I keep trying and not give up.
Arnav	I reached 23x.It was super hard.My strategy was to never give up and  tog try all the strategys I used in the previous levels.Next time I will try to understand the clues they give me and I will use my prior knowledge. This time I used prior knowledge and understood the clues and that was how I made it to level 36.Level 34 was mainly level 30.It was really fun and I was pretty happy.
Jonathan	I reached 24x.It was so hard.The strategy was when there was nothing in the side you need to press escape or something else and never give up.Next time I will try to do my own strategy by finding a way to make it instead of asking my friends. This time I made it up to 40x.The strategy I used was google it,find clues,never give up and use my prior knowledge.I am very proud of myself.
Wynstan	I reached level 24 It was really something.My strategy was to use my prior knowledge and when I got suck kept trying and ask my friends.Next time my srategy is to used my similarities and differents.I think that people like it because it a game and it’s fun. I reached level 31 It was really hard .Today I got suck in most of them but my strategy was to look on google and to look at the clue. Level 27 was just like level 1.I was really kind of sad but happy because it took so long doing level 25 but it’s ok.
Darius	Away.
Harvies	My reached was 16 I think i did good for my 40xescpe next time I am going to try next time and dont kivaup. This is my 40xescpe I keept taying and taying i didt kif-up my Ahther one was padr thein this one.
Daniel S.	I made it to level 23 I think i did good for my first time.  To get this far i used some different strategys. I most of the time were to use  google and my prior  knowledge. But if I couldn't do it I would try pressing the numbers or letters and not give up. Next time i will try use the clues more and try different things.   today I got even better the sceond time i played. The strategyes I used were to not give up, compare them and look at the patterns. I think I’m doing quite well at this game and if I try it again I will try to use all of the strategys to try get even further up the game.
Kaleb	I made it up to level 23.I asked my friends for about 4 of the escape questions but the other questions I used my prior knowlege. This time I made it up to level 37 and also this time I didn’t ask my friend he just helped me even though I did not ask him but he helped me with about 5 questions and I used my prior knowlege and the clues to help me.
