Commonwealth: Opening Ceremony

The Commonwealth games has started! In Room 11 and Room 12, we watched the opening ceremony and decided to have one of our own. We realised our class flag was kind of.....pathetic so we decided to design a flag that represents our class.

Trash to fashion

Last term,Tania modelled our entry (see the photo above) in the Community Waitakere
Schools ‘Trash to Fashion’ semi finals. ‘Our Beautiful World’ was constructed by Tania, Brooke
and Layla, year 5 students who worked under the guidance of Suzi Broughton.
